All UCSC employees are required to complete and validate official time records utilizing the electronic CruzPay system to report their hours   Upon hire, staff will be provided with the link to the CruzPay system and relevent log in data.

 

Employees are responsible for recording and electronically submitting their time records to their supervisors.  If the employee does not record time in the Cruz Pay system, the employee will risk not receiving timely pay.  Time records are to be submitted immediately following the close of the payroll cycle or as directed by Staff Human Resources for alternate cycles.

 

Supervisors are responsible for timely validation of time records in the Cruz Pay system.
